We were in Guernsey when our dog got bit by a rattlesnake on Sunday of memorial day weekend. We couldn't find any closer emergency vets and they responded immediately. We arrived and the team took her back immediately and applied the antivenom. The team was very calm, cool and collected, which put us at ease for the shape our dog was in. We picked her up thr next morning and she was back to her regular self. Thank you for being there and protecting our pup!

One star for the pricing and vet techs. Unbelievably disappointed and upset. We had an emergency with our middle aged/older dog. The gals on the phone were extremely rude. We still chose goshen as their affordability was great and the reviews were mostly good. When we got there the girls at the front were still rude and utterly unprofessional. No help with our dog who has been having sudden and severely violent seizures. Once we got into the exam room the tech who was taking care of us was very kind, allowing me to explain. Once the doctor came in it was a very short conversation. Didn’t interact with our dog or anything. Took her back for labs and we waited. Came back said try these pills they’ll work in a few days and if not your dog probably has a brain tumor. That was it. Got home and our baby started having worse episodes even with starting the pills. I ended up calling the emergency number that night, got a different doctor than the one we had seen and he was extremely rude and snappy as well. I couldn’t even finish my sentences before he would cut me off. Not really any help from that call either. Our girl was very bad off with these episodes, called again mid morning and requested to talk to a vet that was there. Got the same vet from the call the night before. Again, extremely rude, no concern for our animal, kept interrupting me and said “drop her off and I guess I’ll figure something out”. We took her to a different animal hospital in bluffs where we found out all the information we were told at the appointment with goshen wasn’t accurate, and the medication takes 2 weeks to start working. Our dog should of been hospitalized and monitored immediately. We don’t know if our dog is going to make it or not. If goshen would have handled our care better, it could have made all the difference. I hope this was just a bad luck situation for us, and they don’t treat all their patients this way. We will never be back nor recommend their clinic to anyone.

My dog received excellent care after removal of bad teeth and a teeth cleaning! Staff is wonderful. When I called for appointment I received explanation of services and prices which were very reasonable. I will definitely take Rusty there for future care.

My pup wasn’t doing very good and I was extremely worried about her. The staff were super friendly and compassionate and got her in that day! Goebel was amazing and took great care of her. After figuring out what was wrong they did her surgery that following morning and I got to pick her up the next day! She is already acting so much better. After all of the things she needed and a two night stay I expected the bill to be extremely expensive, but it was beyond reasonable! Thank you goshen vet clinic for saving my baby!! Highly recommend Goebel !!!
