We live in California but when we visit Wyoming, there is no question. When our dog needs a veterinarian, G Bar G in Riverton is where we go. Even when we are visiting 3 hours away. Our daughter’s family introduced us to Drs. Gamble ( Glenn and Gunda) when they lived in Lander. Now they live in Jackson Hole. The Gambles saved their two dogs lives as well as their cat. We have personally driven their pets the 3 hours to Riverton with each of their pets. And recently our own dog who was having serious problems. Gunda is very good with dogs and cats despite their practice being geared to large animals. She is incredibly thorough and explains out loud how she is approaching the problems, parsing it into “rule out” or “rule in”. They are the best diagnosticians we have ever seen. Very caring and approachable. I can’t recommend them any more highly.

Our pup was having some urinary issues and our regular vet in town couldn't get her in for over a week. It was tough because we had been going there for a few years. We called GBarG and they squeezed her in and provided treatment fast. Now recently we adopted a kitten and are working through some GI issues. Gunda and her staff have been so caring and responsive, taking the time to explain things and get us in fast, always available over the phone to answer questions and suggest least invasive and least expensive treatments first. When you walk in the office you'll see Gunda and her staff taking the time to engage and really listen to folks, no rush and definitely no frills.

My daughter was turned away for not having all the $ right then and there to even look at her worst vet in town not one of them care for animals. They didn’t try to help her in anyway.. every other vet into atleast gave suggestions to try an help her.
