Normally I have great experiences here however my dog was given the same vaccine back to back and I didn’t realize it until I asked for her full records, therefore having to pay for the same vaccine again. The front staff is also rude when trying to obtain records and check in. They just need to pay better attention to the animals records. I would highly recommend looking at your pet records and may sure the are actually due for the vaccines before scheduling.

When my husband and I moved to laramie about 8 or more years ago, this was the clinic we found first when located on 3rd St. They were extremely personal and fully concerned with our concerns. The women techs and veterinary staff were very helpful and actually listening to us, whereas a number of other clinics, not everyone involed,could seem a little distracted, which could certainly go along with a job that can distract at times. My husband George and I started working/actually, volunteering as much as we we could. Before the LAWS finally obtained their building on 2nd Street. When Kelly left LAWS to focus on her tech job, we tried a few different clinics and found to see that Gem City is a clinic of an extraordinary level that can't be found anywhere (in my opinion as my husband). I will never forget how well they treated us and personally comforted us in our deepest times of need when having to say goodbye to at least 3 of our feline 🐈 🐈‍⬛ children ( my angel hearts) They were professional as they had to be, and saw tears fall from their eyes, and deep felt hugs that we received from the involved staff. We, we are back to the wonderful clinic and are clients forever. Ps. Also, we have limited income because of a few severe disabilities that I have acquired and we are limiting but we were blown away at their charges for this particular surgery, it was 1,000.00 (at least) than the clinic before Gem City! My cat has had two emergencies this past year, including surgery to remove a foreign body, and they took such great care of him both times, even when he wasn't happy to be there. They always get us in within a few hours. The staff is kind and patient with nervous owners, and they really take the time to explain what's going on so you actually understand. We're lucky to have them!
