Lifesavers! We called with an emergency from about an hour away, with neither of our dogs having been seen by these vets before. We were worried about a possible leg fracture, but knew that office hours were over soon. The emergency vet talked with us over the phone, after hours, looked at text photos, made herself available for an after hours emergency visit, but also found time to squeeze us in first thing the next morning and save us an emergency charge. When we met the next morning, Dr. Toye patched up both of our dogs beautifully, without doing anything costly or unnecessary, and spent plenty of time talking us through the serious injuries and follow up care. All while they were running a spay and neuter clinic and not even open to the public. These are the kind of heroes we couldn’t live without in rural Wyoming. Dr. Toye was knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and all of the staff have been incredible in following up. Thank you Lander Valley Animal Hospital!

Vets are great however front desk staff is typically frustrating to talk to, make payments to and set up scheduling. Ive often wanted to change vet care due to this. Vets 4 and 5 star, front staff 2.
