After going to Spring Creek (who told us to put our dog down) and then to Viking Animal Hospital in IF, to catheter our dog multiple times due to our pup having a spinal injury that prevented her from going to the bathroom on her own… we finally were at a loss of what to do so I called Jackson Animal Hospital. I talked to Hannah the vet tech and essentially begged to have a Foley catheter placed so we could buy us some time to get to Bozeman to see a neurologist. Not only did they place the catheter for us, we actually got a new diagnosis after being run around by multiple vets for days unsure what it could be. Our dog Dixie, was diagnosed with FCE by Dr. Kathrin(later confirmed with Bozeman neurologist). We are SO thankful for Jackson Animal Hospital and all the help and kindness we were shown. Dixie would not be here today if we had listened to other vets and we are so grateful for this team. Truly do not know what we would have done without them.

Dr. Alex actually listened when others vets wouldn't and genuinely cares about my cat. She saved her life by doing a simple exam others wouldn't. Highly recommend.

While traveling in our Motorhome from Florida with our Shih tzu Molly she became very ill. After many calls to other vets on a saturday without any luck your office told us to bring her in. Unfortunatly we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have her put down. Of we could give your clinic a 10 stars we would. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Richard & Susan Otis
