Dr. Allee takes excellent care of my dogs and truly pays attention to the details. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she treats. Her staff is also wonderful — Casey is amazing and always so kind and helpful. I switched my pets’ care here after dealing with overcharges and record discrepancies at another clinic, as well as very high pricing elsewhere in town. The experience at Gillette Pet Vet has been the complete opposite — honest, attentive, and compassionate care. I’m very grateful to have found a vet clinic I trust with my dogs.

I hate to give a bad review, the staff have always been friendly and made sure my pets were taken care of. The problem is they are never there, need a question answered or maybe an appt after Wed, always gone to a "convention" or whatever. I have had to go to one of the other Vets in town. This saddens me, yet is invariable as of the last year or so, I cannot recommend this Vet if you need anything other than dental work or a small surgery done, Monday, Tues, or Wednesday if you're lucky.

Dr. Allee seems like a genuinely kind woman with a love for animals. I had referred many of my friends and family members here, but not anymore. I called on Monday morning to request a refill for my dog's RX and to request an anti-inflammatory for a pulled muscle. They refused to prescribe an NSAID without an office visit (there were none available until the following week) even though she was in pain. I was, however, promised that someone would give me a call about getting my dog's RX refilled. That never happened. So here we are, heading out of town for Christmas and I have a distressed dog, in pain, and without her anxiety medication. I'm just highly, highly disappointed in this office. Does nobody genuinely care anymore?

Good price, but good luck getting them to call you back. Called once because my dog had refused to eat, and once to get meds refilled. No call backs.

Other than one of the secretaries being one of the rudest disrespectful people I've ever met in my life this was the most pleasant experience of ever had going to a vet and most pleasant experience for my dog as well I think if they changed that one of the secretaries it would be a five-star 100% guarantee vet clinic for everybody
