This has to be a prank. I’ve taken my husky dog here twice and never had a problem. Last night my husband brings in my German Shorthaired pointer. Anyone who’s dealt with GSPs knows they’re rambunctious dogs. My dog tried to jump up on the vet a couple of times. My husband pulled her down, told her no and to stay down. This is something we’ve been breaking her of for years. People who have dogs also know that if you don’t want a dog on you, you bring your KNEE up. Not the vet. Nope. He tried to KICK my dog. What kind of person, let alone VETERINARIAN tries to KICK SOMEONE ELSES dog. But wait there’s more. They pet her. That’s it. They didn’t check her mouth or her ears, they didn’t check her paws or her belly. They didn’t offer a blood test. Nothing. And proceeded to prescribe pain medication for pain that may not even exist. My husband comes home, tells me all this, so I call the vet. Voicemail. Left a voicemail asking why I was charged $100 for them to not touch my dog. Office opens at 8 am today, no call back. So I call at 09:08. I believe Tyler answered the phone, I asked for the vet, or the nurse on call last night. It’s not his fault for their actions right? He said “my manager isn’t in until after noon today you'll Have to call back then.” I said “Okay I can do that” click. Mid sentence and all. He hung up on me. Word of mouth goes a long way in a small town. If this vet thinks it’s okay to kick my dog with my husband standing there, imagine what he’s doing to animals behind owners backs. DO NOT bring your animals to this place.
I took in my Buddy Boi when he was deathly sick with a uti and when he passed I took back the food they gave me for his diet and told them to just donate it to the next person, and not only did they do that but they also credited my account. They went above and beyond to save him and were so kind. I'll never forget it.
Called to try and get advice on our rescue dog and her excessive barking( maybe due to anxiety) and the extremely rude receptionist said" well dogs bark". We tried asking if we could speak to a vet on advice or possible medication and she said all we can do is a bark collar. Never ever going here. Extremely rude
Dr B., Amanda and Tyler are amazing. My dog was always calm around them and Dr. B really genuinely cared about my Suzie in the last bit of her life. They are so compassionate and kind. I will never forget how they made me feel like they loved her as much as I did. So thankful to have found them.
Really liked and appreciated the doctor. My dog remained calm around him. You could tell he had a lot of experience.
